Important things to consider before placing an order:

• Ref sheet (drawing representing your character with its colors, details, patterns, logo)

• List of facial expressions (quick and rough sketch of your 10 ideas)

• Logo (to be placed at the center of the ears)

• Head size (circumference around the forehead)

• Your full address with your country, first and last name, phone number, and email address (The email address must be linked to your PayPal account).

A simple drawing made on Paint or on paper is more than enough, as long as it is accompanied by written explanations.

An additional fee may apply for complex patterns in the fur or the addition of details like horns.

Regarding the final result of your order compared to your reference sheet, not everything can be perfectly identical, particularly when it comes to the shape of your Protogen and its colors.

Usage and Safety Rules

Turn off the control backpack and remove the battery before handling.
If the helmet starts flashing, turn off the system and remove the battery (recharge the battery or replace it with another one).
During battery charging, stay in the same room or nearby.

How does the payment process work?

Once your order is confirmed, an initial invoice equivalent to half of the total price of the order will be sent to start your project.

Then, once your Protogen is finished and approved, the second invoice will be sent, and once the full payment is made, your Protogen will be shipped to you.

Shipping?

Shipping is done via Colissimo, and the shipping cost is included in the partial price for orders within Europe. For Protogen orders outside of Europe, the shipping cost will be added to the order price.
