All commissioners have to get a quote from Protofactory before commissioning. Quotes are free and will be given before any commission opening.
All payments are in euros, additional currency conversion fees may apply.
All payments are required to be made through Paypal.
Payment plans may include up to three installments and must be completed within three months.
Payment plans are not available under 2000euros.
If a payment is missed and I can't contact the client, Protofactory reserves the right to cancel the commission and no refund is possible.
If Protofactory cancels the commission, full refund is given.
If the client cancels the commission, full refund is not possible if materials are purchased or commission has started. A partial refund will be discussed and will depend on how much progress has been made.
Refunds are not possible once projects are completed.
Shipping price is given once project is completed.
Project won't be sent until the shipping is paid in full.
Customs and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the buyer's responsability. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are beyond my control.
Each project has 30 days of warranty and start on the day the item is recieved.
Misuse of the costume may avoid any warranty.
The client is responsible for the shipping fee to and from Protofactory outside of the warranty period.
Repair fees are to be discussed depending on how much repairs have to be made.
All commissioners must be at least 18 years old and must be able to provide an ID.
